Together with Cambodian Civilization Association, Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services, Know u 1st Foundation, Long Beach AIDS Foundation and TALBERT Medical Group, Hearts Without Boundaries introduced an Health Fair event that included Free HIV Test for the first time ever to the Cambodian community of

Long Beach.
The event took place on April 7 and April 21, 2007 during the 3rd Annual Cambodian New Year Celebration. There were about one hundred people came to have their health checked. Two lucky participants went homes with 2 free round-trip airline tickets (LA-Phnom Penh-LA) donated by China Airlines.
