Medical Mission Jan. 2012
Our medical mission in January 2012, sponsored by Hearts Without Boundaries and Variety Children's Lifeline International, was a great success. During a five-day mission, the medical professionals from University of California San Diego and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin repaired the hearts of 15 destitute Cambodian Children at Angkor Hospital for Children in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Volunteering can be a thankless job, but you do so not for the fame or the fortune, but for something you feel good about; and the beautiful part about it is that you don't need to have a PHD to care, you just need a heart. And my heart is "without boundaries."
